C Pillar trims for Suffix B vehicles, with round holes and vent knob hole. This specific C pillar trim was a transition part used only on Suffix B vehicles and maybe some early Suffix C. Round hole to allow access to rear seatbelt fixing point (on vehicles without this option, you need to recover the original hole cap).
